Due to the nature of our small-batch, handmade products, we are unable to accept returns. However, we are happy to offer exchanges in the event of damaged or defective items.
Exchange Guidelines:
1. Eligibility for Exchange:
- Exchanges are only accepted for items that arrive damaged or defective.
- To be eligible, the product must be unused and in its original packaging.
2. How to Request an Exchange:
- Notify us within 1 week of receiving your order by contacting us (see below) - Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damaged or defective item.
3. Exchange Process:
- Once your exchange request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product.
- Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will process your exchange promptly.
4. Non-Exchangeable Items:
- Due to hygiene and safety reasons, certain items such as used essential oil rollers or creams cannot be exchanged.

- Shipping costs for returning an item are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is deemed damaged or defective.
